Editing in-game Video settings in Conan exiles

Resolution: your Max Resolution
The max resolution is the best setting because you will get the best gameplay experience. It is processor intensive no doubt but it’s worth the cost.
Motion Blur: Off
Why do you need Motion blur effects in an online game? Turn it off for FPS.
Vsync: Off
Vsync does more harm than good by dropping FPS to match the screen refresh rate. For mid and low-end systems it’s always best to turn it off.
Max FPS: Unlimited
Unlimited is the best setting for systems. Unless you have a laptop do not put any limits on FPS. Only when you have a laptop you should consider putting those limits.
For laptops set the cap the same as your monitor refresh rate.
Low-end laptop mode in Conan Exiles:
There is a special low-end mode in Conan exiles that can help you if your game is lagging way too much. This is especially meant for very very low-end systems. Try my custom settings first. If you experience lag even after those settings then you need the low-end laptop mode.

The graphics are barely passable so I don’t recommend it to people who like having high visual graphics gameplay.
Graphics settings in Conan Exiles

View Distance: Low or Medium
Medium is the best setting for mid-end systems. If you have a 4GB graphics card go with Medium otherwise Low for some extra FPS.
Post Processing: Low or medium
Depending on how much graphics card memory you have to choose low or medium. Those with 4GB or higher should go for medium. Everyone else goes for low.
General Shadows: Low
This impacts FPS a lot. The best thing you can do is set it to low so that you get the best FPS. You don’t have that much advantage in-game with high shadows anyways.
Effects Quality: Low
Effects are the game effects that can be turned down to get a better FPS in Conan exiles.
Texture Quality: High or Ultra
The most important graphics settings of the Conan exiles Game. This is the reason why you put everything else too low. Select High or Ultra and check the gameplay. High is generally recommended for most systems. Ultra for those systems with at least 4GB graphics.
Foliage Quality: Low or Medium
This setting influences all the grass and other items in the game. They have some importance but again if you badly need FPS Low is the best. You can set it to medium for a better visual experience.
Anti-aliasing: Off
This setting is only for high-end systems. The more filtering you use the better the graphics will appear. But it takes a lot of performance and graphics resources.
