How to get potato/Roblox settings in New World

New World is known for its low fps and very CPU-intensive graphics. Over time people have been finding new and more complex ways to get the best performance out of the game. The most famous and the method that gives the most fps boost is none other than the Nvidia inspector method for changing new world graphics to potato/Roblox settings. Now do note that the graphics do look really bad. So before going for the Roblux settings or New World potato settings:

How to enable Potato/Roblox settings in New World:

Step 1: Download the nvidiaProfileInspector Tool from the link: https://github.com/Orbmu2k/nvidiaProf…

Step 2: Extract the files from the nvidiaProfileInspector zip file.

Step 3: Now open the Nvidia inspector app and let the profile be set to New world via the search option as shown:

Step 4: Now scroll down to section 3 called Antialiasing. Now at the option called “Antialiasing – Transparency Supersampling“, select the option AA_MODE_REPLAY_MODE_ALL as shown in the image below. Then select Antialiasing (MSAA) Mode to Override any application setting.

Step 5: Now that antialiasing is set. Scroll down in the texture filtering section as shown below. At the option “Texture filtering – LOD Bias (DX)”, You can enter different values starting from -3.000 to +3.000. If you want the lowest possible graphics then type in the value: 0x00000078

You can choose different values to change the graphics in the -3.000 to +3.000 range. The most used values are +1.250 and 0x00000078 for medium and lowest settings respectively.

Step 6: Click apply and these settings will automatically work the next time you start New World.

That’s all folks. This is how you can get potato settings in New World for max fps and lag-free gaming. I recommend going through the other 2 guides below as well. You can use all of these together to get the lowest possible graphics settings in the game.

Notes for players:

** Expect low FPS in populated towns and big clumps where multiple skills/spells are being used
