Best Graphics settings for Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey:

Resolution: Max
Ancestors is one of the most visually enticing games there is. With a higher resolution the game looks amazing and most importantly helps your gameplay.
Higher resolution is also better for your eyesight so always use the max resolution of your monitor.
Fullscreen Mode: Fullscreen
An obvious choice for a a visual game like Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey. Full-screen mode lets you experience the game in an immersive way making the experience a lot better. Windows puts higher priority on full-screen applications so you will get better performance as well.
Frame Rate Limit: Highest Possible
Higher FPS means smoother gameplay. You need to reach at least your monitor refresh rate. So if you have a 144hz monitor it’s recommended that you have 144FPS. Since this is not an online game even 60FPS is more than enough.
Vsync: Off/On
If you have a decent GPU with more than 6GB VRAM then turn this on. Otherwise, disable it for some added FPS. For online games always disable Vsync
Graphics Quality: Custom
Graphics quality will be custom since we will be manually editing each of the options.
Advanced Settings:

View Distance: Medium or High
Higher view distance is recommended since it lets you spot enemies as well as in-game items from afar. Takes a lot of GPU VRAM so if you have a low-end GPU then use Medium. If you have a recent GPU say an RTX then high settings are best for you.
Visual Effects: Low or Medium
This is a personal preference, to be honest. If you want the best FPS boost then use low settings. The game loses a few effects so I prefer to use medium settings. But if you have low FPS then the only option is low visual effects.
Shadow Quality: Low
Keep this setting low. Shadow is a memory hog and takes a lot of GPU power. Low-quality shadows are more than enough and unless you are already getting above 200FPS do not set it too high.
Texture Quality: Medium or High
High settings are the best if you have at least a 6GB VRAM. If you have less memory then you have to choose Medium settings. This setting is dependent on GPU memory Size. So choose accordingly.
Post Processing: Medium
Medium settings help render the game faster since the game has already processed the textures before you use them. This option requires VRAM so if you only have a 2GB graphics card then you should set it to low. If you have a 8GB graphics card then high settings are best for you.
Foliage quality: Low or Medium
This again comes down to personal preference. It’s a jungle game so foliage makes the game look really good. But for those with low FPS setting this option at low will give a great FPS boost.
If you already have more than 60FPS then use Medium settings. If you have low FPS then use low foliage quality settings in Ancestors The Human Kind Odyssey.
